The Role: The successful Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for managing four divisions, with a team of managers and directors in the sales, marketing and operations functions. Day-to-day running of the sales team will be under your remit, working closely alongside the CEO in an overlap directorship role. With full P&L for a budget in the region of £30-40 million in year two, this is a truly exciting role for a Director of Sales & Marketing to make their mark in this dynamic industry.

The Company: Offering an exciting technology set, our client is expanding constantly due to success hence their current requirement for a new Director of Sales & Marketing. They sell a cashless mobile payment solution delivered as a smartphone app, for use in the bar and restaurant scenes, as well as offering targeted marketing tools. The company is backed by a number of high net worth individuals who have the vision to create a dynamic and exciting new organisation which is set for enormous growth.

For this Director of Sales & Marketing position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Proven and significant track record in Sales team management, probably at Director level
• You will come from a retail/classic FMCG sales background
• Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to push performance and KPIs
• A start-up mentality, a hands-on approach and plenty of vision are all essential
