One of the UK’s leading food manufacturers is seeking an entrepreneurial, charismatic and commercially savvy Commercial Business Manager (Chilled) to build robust and productive customer relationships as they confidently deliver on sales, spend and profit targets.
It is highly likely that you will have this company`s products in your cupboard, as they have a household penetration of c.98%. They are an expanding business, who are keen to enter new markets, and have successfully delivered recent growth.
Following some exciting developments within the business, we are looking for a Commercial Business Manager to develop some of their major grocery retail customers within the Chilled category. This person will be responsible for developing, planning and delivering the Chilled strategy, a move which is a high strategic priority for the business. This offers the opportunity to innovate across brands, formats and segments. This role will require a first class collaborative (internal and external) launch into trade.
Ideally we are looking for a candidate with the following experience and traits:
• An entrepreneurial and self motivating attitude
• Chilled category commercial experience
• Creative thinking (exposure and experience of launching new products or having a strong focus on innovation)
• Great communication and negotiation skills
