  • A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading provider to the healthcare sector, who is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to manage key customer relationships with both their public sector and private sector customers, as well as lead their external field sales team
  • The successful National Sales Manager must have demonstrable experience of sales and field leadership within Medical Sales. Your responsibilities as the National Sales Manager will be to manage key stakeholder relationships within end user customers (public and private sector healthcare markets) ensuring agreed sales and profit targets.
  • Your role as National Sales Manager will also see you leading a field sales team of 3 area sales managers who’s role it is to manage key regional relationships with end user customers and distribution partners
  • Geographically this role will cover the entire UK and extensive travel will be required

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

 

  • Proven track record working with healthcare end users and distribution partners
  • A successful record of driving positive performance through an external field team
  • Extensive experience working within medical devices or medical sales
  • Ability to train and coach end-users of your products
  • The ability to provide a solution sell as opposed to a volume sell
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets
