Account Manager / £22,000 - £30,000 + Package / North West

My client is leading premium food manufacturer to independent, wholesale and retail sectors looking for a successful and ambitious Account Manager for accounts in the North. This is a fantastic opportunity for career variety and career growth, particularly as this position has emerged through company growth.

An ideal candidate will have great a great track record within the industry along with a passion for the products and industry.

The Role:

• Focus will be on developing existing accounts and securing new business, optimising all opportunities with the ranges on offer
• Promote and upsell new ranges within existing accounts
• Advise customer on product mix to ensure strong customer relationships and increase volumes being sold
• Engage with other departments to ensure all projects are completed on time and in full
• Understand the market and competitors, compiling analysis where necessary to ensure success with product range and service on offer
• Own label work with customers

The candidate:

• Experienced within the industry at Account Manager level or a more junior position ready to develop your career
• Thrives on achieving targets and confident when securing new business
• Good commercial planning and organisational skills
• Excellent communicator and relationship experience
• Happy to travel where required

What’s On Offer:

£22,000 - £30,000 negotiable based on experience + package
