Territory Sales Manager - Wholesale

ShopSmart Agency is currently recruiting for an experienced Territory Sales Manager who will optimise channel sales and provide a first class sales support service in key Cash and Carry depots for Kraft Heinz Wholesale.

Salary: Up to £23k pa (depending on experience), + 10% KPI based bonus, company car and fuel card.

Location: London/South

The Role: 

•    Building relationships with the key decision makers in depot
•    Utilise data effectively to determine which actions will drive the greatest return in depot
•    Drive core distribution and rate of sale, identifying opportunities to drive ‘pull through’ in depot
•    Identify stock requirements and suggest orders 
•    Manage incremental displays and POS
•    Manage stock allocation process and identify opportunities
•    Identify incremental display opportunities to clear overstocks and generate incremental orders
•    Provide the relevant product training to depot staff to drive brand awareness and understanding of the product range
•    Highlight future promotions and planned support. Pre-selling, gaining incremental orders and off shelve displays
•    Management of fixture and promotional compliance, identifying opportunities for additional feature space 
•    Maximising promotional up-take at depot level

The person we are looking for:

•    You will have demonstrable experience in sales within the Cash&Carry/Depot environment
•    You will have territory sales experience 
•    You will be an excellent communicator with first class; presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
•    Above all you will have the drive and ambition to deliver a first class, territory sales role for our client
