At ShopSmart we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Regional Manager to work within our business. The role will be working with our client Kraft Heinz to manage, coach and develop a team of Retail Advisors in the Midlands UK.

ShopSmart Agency are recruiting for a manager who will be developing a team who work with the Grocery channel to drive sales and visibility across all categories.

The Role

• Leading, motivating and developing the team in the delivery of their individual and team KPIs
• Working with the team to maximise availability and visibility in the stores we operate in
• Driving performance standards through regular performance reviews, coaching, training and mentoring
• Development of your team to ensure a high performing team environment is created 
• Working with Kraft Heinz to ensure that strategic focuses are delivered by the team in store

The person we are looking for

• Experience in field sales management preferable
• The ability to motivate, lead & develop a remote field team.
• Understanding of in-store processes within the grocery/high street sector desirable
• Enthusiastic and passionate individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Financial and commercial awareness
• Professionalism, integrity and reliability
• Full UK driving licence held for 12 months

Due to the geographical reach of each territory, and need to regularly work with all team members, a willingness to travel long distances and stay away from home each month is a requirement of the successful candidates.
