A superb opportunity for an Export Sales Manager has become available within a leading UK manufacturer of professional hair and beauty brands.

This fantastic position will involve selling their brands to distributors across an international sales territory.   The business already exports to over 66 countries worldwide, and this is a great opportunity to build on the existing export business.

Having full responsibility for your accounts, you will be accountable for creating and implementing strategic commercial plans for your region, managing and developing all key customers, identifying and opening new accounts, monitoring performance and driving sales and profit margins, acting as a brand ambassador and achieving your agreed growth targets.

You will report to the Managing Director and with an excellent commercial understanding, you will be able to set up new profitable trading relationships as well as develop on the company's existing business in the European and worldwide market.

Essential Requirements:

•    Export sales management experience  
•    Experienced in managing distributor networks.
•    Demonstrable track record in delivering sales and profit growth.
•    Strong relationship builder.
•    Good commercial acumen.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Enthusiastic and positive approach.
•    Results driven.
•    Good negotiator.
•    Prepared for regular overseas travel.
•    Hair and beauty experience
•    Glasgow or home based opportunity
