This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented National Account Manager with experience working in the contract catering sector to join a market leading coffee business. Their unrivalled and award winning range of high quality tea and coffee is well-known throughout the industry. This coupled with their brilliant training and equipment offering makes them a valued partner to some of the UK’s largest foodservice customers. With multiple decades of experience they provide a complete hot beverages solution whilst maintaining high ethical standards. Due to their impressive growth as a business they now require a Senior National Account Manager to head up their contract catering team.

As Senior National Account Manager you will take full P&L responsibility for the contract catering channel. This will require you to be the lead account manager on the Compass account whilst managing a small team responsible for smaller customers such as Aramark and Baxter Storey. You will be tasked with agreeing and implementing JBPs and driving branded sales growth for a wide array of products and machines. The coaching and development of your direct reports will also be a key feature of the role.

To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have experience as a National Account Manager working within the contract catering channel. Ideally you will have managed Compass at head office level and have experience in the hot beverages category. Candidates who have an exceptional branded sales background along with the right channel experience may also be considered. As this role requires you to manage a team it is also important that you are a strong leader. The business have ambitions to quadruple their size over the next ten years so it is important that you are both dynamic and adaptable so that you can keep up with the needs of a fast paced and growing business.
