The Drink Cabinet LTD are currently recruiting for a London based, full time, sales ambassador to represent a well respected award winning port folio of drinks. The position includes a highly competitive salary, expenses and will require some travel.

Candidate requirements:

You must have a strong background in sales and an interest in the drinks industry would be beneficial. Ideally this position would suit someone who has previous experience working in sales and/or in the hospitality industry dealing with premium brands. You must be able to travel to Scotland for client and team meetings when required. You must  be a confident and outgoing individual. You must be confident in running training courses for the clients. You will be required to deal with existing customers and generate new trade, so good interpersonal skill alongside sales skills are a must. Relationship building and maintenance is very important in this role. you must have a good understanding of working to targets and the use of call cycles.

Job purpose summary:

The sales ambassador will be responsible for supporting all sales and marketing activation around the brand portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Activate the London trade for the brand through key promotional events and supporting and delivering key objectives from the Trade Activation Director. Working closely with the marketing managers on trade advocacy. Supporting markets with training materials and masterclasses. Working closely with UK distributers to increase brand awareness and generate sales opportunities through strategic trade activity and brand masterclass. Hit KPI's and sales targets. Keep up to date on the online reporting system, including supporting media documents. Working with Scottish and the North Ambassadors to come up with innovative concepts to grow brand presence. Working to consistent targets of around 8 calls per day (TBC)* calls may vary due to agreed events and activations. Work to specific call cycles with around 50% existing and 50% new trade.
