The Company

Our client have been producing popular branded food products for nearly 200 years ranging across ambient classics bought daily across the country. With a huge portfolio of branded and licensed products and some well-known household names in their portfolio, they are ever expanding with partnerships and new ventures to appeal to customers everyday shopping requirements. From this innovation and understanding of the consumer market, the business has grown from strength to stregnth and are now seeking a Marketing Asisstant to join their team in West Yorkshire. 

The Role

To help support the team, the company are now looking for a promising Marketing Assistant to assist on projects across the marketing remit on a variety of brands and licenses. Main responsibilities will include working with the marketing team to assist initiating, delivering and monitoring various communication programmes across the line and ad hoc support where required liasing across varied areas within the business including sales, category, NPD and design. This role will suit someone looking to get 'stuck in', and help out with responsibilities across the board.

The Individual

The successful Marketing Assistant will have at least one years experience in a marketing or NPD capacity in an FMCG business, either from a placement year or a position following graduation. You will possess excellent communication skills and be digitally savvy. To complement this, our client are looking for someone with an enthusiastic and confident manner, willing to jump in where required, able to take on the challenge and work with a strong team with enthusiasm and passion for their work.
