Senior National Account Manager – Wholesale channel

SHS Sales & Marketing is the UK’s market leading, privately-owned, sales and marketing outsourcing company with over £350m turnover and continues to grow through the development of both company- owned and partner-owned brands across a number of FMCG categories including alcohol and soft drinks, grocery, confectionery, household, healthcare and health & beauty. 

We are now seeking a Senior National Account Manager to take on responsibility for the commercial management of an important part of our growing Healthcare and Nutritional brands portfolio in the Wholesale channel.  

With a broad remit, the role is high profile and you will work with colleagues in commercial, category and marketing to manage all aspects of developing the business across some of our largest and most important customers.

You’ll be working on NPD, developing JBP’s and above all building strong relationships with key contacts at both Head office and Regional level.

In addition, you’ll be part of a company that supports and develops its people so there will be future opportunities for you too.

Of graduate calibre, you’ll need previous FMCG experience at NAM/SNAM level gained in a branded food, drink or non-food environment and ideally having previously managed customers in the Wholesale, Cash & Carry or Retail Convenience channels.

Previous knowledge and experience of working in the Healthcare or Nutritional category would be an added advantage.

A natural self-starter, you will have a real passion for building business plus a truly engaging, dynamic and persuasive personality, real drive and an inspiring record of success.

The job role is home based in England or Wales.
