Global Product Manager - Beauty

Our client is a well-established and instantly recognisable beauty brand across the globe. With big innovation plans in the pipeline, they are seeking an experience and passionate Global Product Manager to drive this exciting stage forward, helping the brand grow from strength to strength!

You will be responsible for owning this product innovation pipeline, from analysing marketing trends, to panel testing, to developing the packaging brief, to launch. You will be developing the strategic NPD plan for your product categories, and become the Category Expert across all regions, markets and channels. You will be responsible for tracking the category, products and industry trends to make and implement growth recommendations, as well as coordinating the views of the global markets by liaising closely with the marketing and sales teams for each region.

The successful candidate will be degree educated and experienced in innovation and NPD within the beauty/retail industry, from a category or product marketing management background. You will have a creative flair and a successful track record for creating and launching NPD from concept to launch. You will be a self-starter and proactive with the ability to work to tight deadlines and influence diverse stakeholders in an international context, across all functions. Strong analytical and financial understanding will be key, alongside meticulous attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.
