A worldwide leading manufacturer specialising in personal care products selling in over 130 countries, we have gained 15% of the US market in just 4 years and are confident in claiming to be among the world’s best. We are now looking to hire an E-Commerce Manager to join our UK team.
The Role:
As an E-Commerce Marketing & Sales Manager, you will organise the company’s E-Commerce marketing goals by planning, developing and implementing E-Commerce strategy in the UK. Typically, this person will work closely with the UK PR agency in London and the headquarters’ online marketing team and prepare detailed E-Commerce reports, create E-Commerce strategy, digital strategy and branding strategy for the UK market. This person is appointed to direct all the E-Commerce and PR projects including new product launches, media events, PR content creation and digital KPIs analysis. This would be done through analysis of the impact of current digital marketing strategies and study of the research reports to anticipate the competition and trends of the industry.
Tasks will also involve:
UK integrated marketing communication strategy and plan development for E-Commerce site
- Strategic planning for brand and product
- Positioning, key messages, media strategy, feature angles and PR programmes in cooperation with PR agency
- Competitor’s campaign/product message analysis and activity benchmark
- Producing performance reports; E-Commerce analysis reports based on KPIs (Digital/PR/Event)
Maintaining Brand Image
- Maintaining brand visual, message, and brand structure
- Communicating with the headquarters to brief and maintain brand image strategy
- Contents/materials creation
PR Relations/ UK Press management
- Promoting PR campaigns in cooperation with PR agency in the UK
- Building strong relationships with UK media
- Collating and analysing media coverage; reviewing coverage reports from agencies
- Review of advertisement, brochure, E-Commerce site, viral video, campaign materials, etc.
- Real-time issue, crisis tracking, and maintaining our reputation
Digital Marketing
- E-Commerce tools performance analysis and management
- Planning integrated digital marketing strategy by analysing KPIs
- Setting KPIs on social paid advertisements
- Supporting headquarters in renewing design and development of the website, e-mail marketing, referral programs, etc.
- Sourcing and managing affiliate partnership opportunities in the UK
Candidate Profile:
BA Bachelor degree
Minimum 6 years of global marketing experience
IMC marketing, campaign, promotional strategy planning experience
Excellent understanding of marketing and methods, PR relations in UK, and the ability to use them to create new marketing campaigns
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
Excellent leadership skills
Energetic, proactive, well-organised professional who thrives in a team-orientated environment
Able to work in the UK
Digital marketing IT coordinating experience (SEM/SEO, display, remarketing, programmatic media buying (preferable))
Digital marketing ROI or big data analysis experience (CPC, CPE, CPV, CPM, CTR)
