Job Details
An international leader in the global drinks industry is seeking an experience Supply Chain professional to lead and develop the company's demand planning function.
The Role
Due to recent expansions and new customer accounts, the business is seeking a professional who can design and implement robust demand planning procedures, and lead a team of supply chain professionals who will help to execute your vision.
You will work with the team to identify gaps in forecasts, and challenge assumptions from stakeholders across the business. This will involve working collaboratively with the warehouse and NPD teams, since inventory management will be key to meeting your strategic objectives.
As the business has offices in multiple countries across Europe, there will be occasions where you are required to do some international travel.

To Interview
You will have a proven track record in the FMCG industry as a Supply Chain professional, with strong experience in a Demand Planning function. You will be confident with systems implementation and process development.
To fit in culturally, you will need to demonstrate a flexible and mature attitude to your work, as well as cultural sensitivity.
Since you will be required to do some international travel as part of your work, you will be available to spend time away from head office.
Professionals with experience of leading a team will be preferred.
