Are you looking to find a new opportunity within the Health & Beauty industry in National Account Management?  Do you have an affinity with luxury or lifestyle brands?

As National/ Senior National Account Manager you will take responsibility for the existing business within key national accounts. You will:

  • Take overall responsibility for account performance and all account financial measures, including full trading P&L
  • Develop customer specific strategies and tactics to deliver budgeted P&L
  • Negotiate all pricing, trading terms, promotions, fixed investments and any item with financial impact
  • Pro-actively identify, resource and maximise new business opportunities both in the UK
  • Sign off monthly forecast and submit regular feedback as to progress of sales

Successful candidates will already be operating in a National Accounts role, with proven success of developing new business within an FMCG/ consumer environment.  You will be:

  • Commercially astute, able to negotiate and influence at all levels
  • Adaptable and flexible in nature, able to work outside of a process driven environment
  • A strong communicator, able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
  • Proven experience of operating within an FMCG business, ideally having gained some Health & Beauty experience or had significant exposure to luxury retail or lifestyle brands
  • Collaborative, able to work as part of a team
  • An ambitious sales professional, able to demonstrate new business wins and clear results operating within FMCG/ Consumer Goods
