Nigel Wright Consultancy are working in partnership with HARMAN in their search for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to help support the Marketing Manager Europe North with all marketing and communication materials and activities.
The main focus of this position will including 90% marketing support and 10% administrative. This individual will assist in coordinating product launches, main events and trade shows.

The key responsibilities of this role will be:

To oversee the coordination and execution of trade marketing projects, including:

• Developing the relevant global brands and agency marketing materials.
• Assisting in the planning, coordination and implementation of merchandising and promoter projects.
• Developing local customer POS material
• Planning and coordinating the key customer fairs with agencies; to be responsible for creative design, production, to build-up and take down.
• Ensuring that there is a presence of samples for key customer fairs, coordinates with KAM
• Responsibility for developing, producing and delivering POS material for marketing activities.
• Responsibility for developing, producing and delivering PR Merchandising kit.
• Documenting and reporting stock level controlling and reporting of marketing materials.
• Creating materials to the highest level of accuracy and execution

To support initiatives in marketing by:

• Providing support for planned project and activities which have been planned yearly.
• Contributing to the marketing materials and activities evaluation by inputting requirements.
• Working independently to execute all material in a timely manner.
• Must prove a good understanding of the category, products, markets and competition.
• Must proactively make the relevant modifications to the marketing tools and provides input where needed.
• Aid in supporting the control of the budget for their categories.
• Contributing to the development strategy for the category and brand in the yearly business planning.
• Providing documentation and reporting to the overall marketing plan on a monthly basis.
• Aid in the coordination product launches with key customers e.g. product set-up sheets.

To provide support with Social Media:

• This role will be responsible for coordination of the social media activities
• Aid in the adaptation of the activities and input from central marketing to local market.
• Provide a high coordination of work with agencies.

This role will be involved with work processes by:

• Being proactive with providing regular feedback on how marketing material & tools can be improved.
• Supporting the Marketing manager with bench marking of vendors and agencies
• To be in regular contact with key stakeholders to understand areas of improvements.

The successful candidate should have the following traits:

Basic Qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing/Communication
• 3+ years work experience in a similar position
• Willing and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
• Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Eligibility Requirements

• Expected 40 days travel per year within Northern Europe
