Graduate Commercial Manager – High-Potential FMCG Graduates | Midlands | Develop your FMCG Career

Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Graduate Commercial Manager for a global food group with established operations in the UK.

The Business

As a leading manufacturer of branded food products within the UK retail space, our client is one of the most recognisable within its category. Forming part of an international food group, the business is now looking to expand its UK based commercial team through the appointment of an exceptional graduate to assist in its ambitious long-term growth plans.

The Role

You will be tasked with providing total account support to both internal functions & the UK customer base across areas such as Retail, Wholesale & Foodservice. This will include duties such as promotional planning, forecasting, NPD propositions & sales analysis. To further develop your skillset, you will be provided with a small account portfolio which will provide exposure to negotiation at a head office level and account management experience.

The Individual

The successful candidate will meet the following experience criteria:

-          Recent graduate with placement year or entry-level experience in an FMCG commercial role

-          High-potential, driven & tenacious approach – displaying a clear ambition of progressing a commercial focused career in FMCG

This role will be split evenly between site, home & customer – therefore candidates must be able to access the Midlands based site on average 2-3 days per week.
