An opportunity exists for an outstanding Retail Manager within our Flagship, Piccadilly Store, leading our prestigious lower ground floor. Demonstrating passion, energy and empathy in everything you do, you will successfully deliver the financial KPI’s and increase brand loyalty. Keeping an eye on our competitors and continuously using your strong understanding of our customers, you will implement ways to improve our service.

By applying your commercial judgement and entrepreneurial spirit, you will focus on growing profitable sales and reducing wastage. Strong planning and organisational skills are required to ensure high standards of operational excellence are achieved. 

You will be responsible for inspiring, developing and coaching your team, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation are always achieved. As a motivator, you will be responsible for unlocking your team’s full potential and supporting them to achieve. 

The ideal candidate will already be in a similar role and have the confidence, flexibility and commercial awareness to drive our Store sales and business, combined with a track record of exceeding targets.
