About this amazing opportunity...
Based in our Willenhall (West Midlands) Head Office you'll find our high profile Trading Team split into differing product categories for example; Food, Non-Food and General Merchandise. Leading each team is someone like you, a Buyer responsible for the purchase and supply of all the products within the category. Some of our ranges are especially designed and created for us in the Far East so international exposure and a flair for the creation of new products is something not many Retailers will be able to offer you but we can!

What you'll be doing...
This is a diverse role in a fast paced environment as budget retailing is a sector like no other, you'll be responsible for representing this fantastic business both in Brand and Culture through the products you select. As you know our Suppliers are our VIP's so you'll be experienced in cultivating and nurturing supplier relationships so that we all come out as the winners.
Whilst working for us you'll be part of a fun and friendly culture in which colleagues trust and respect each other. You'll enjoy and excel in leading your team and support your Assistant Buyers and Buying Assistants to develop and progress their careers through our best in class Buying Academy.

About you...
Proven experience gained in a Buying role in a retail environment is essential to us, you'll also understand or ideally have worked with food or non-food in your career. Experience working with the Far East will be beneficial and we're also looking for Buyers who are able to develop their categories and turn around performance through their and the teams dedication to making the range outperform!
