My client is a key player within the wholesale industry providing major retailers discount products, looking client for an account manager to take responsibility of the territory and support the regional manager with their ambitious growth plans. Ideally someone who wants to progress their career and develop within their company, the successful candidate will ideally have some previous leadership experience.



Description

The role of Account Manager will involve but not be limited to the following day to day tasks;
  • Work with convenience stores across Yorkshire
  • Develop and grow a business relationship with existing clients across Yorkshire
  • On-site coaching and development of staff to ensure point of sale is being maximised
  • Adhere to customer needs/requirements and ensure any complaints are dealt with effectively
  • Develop the region through utilising market trends and key consumer insights


Profile

The role of Account Manager will require the following profile;
  • Ideally have experience within the FMCG
  • Ability to build highly developed client/customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Confident in engaging with head office and retailer level through on the phone and via email communication
  • Self-motivation and the will to personally develop
