Job Details

We are currently supporting a market leading supplier of branded and private label food products. Their high quality brands and innovative approach makes them a supplier of choice to many of the UK’s leading grocery Supermarkets. Due to internal promotions they now seek an individual with knowledge and drive to significantly grow its major grocery relationships.

Reporting to the Sales Director UK you will initially devise a strategy to grow the existing business within the customer. It is the intention that once significant steps forward are made in growing the business a team will then be built around this position comprising of NAMs, NAE's and a regional account manager. Initially there is 1 direct reports into this position that supports the Commercial Manager with day to day account activities and sales reports.

To be considered for this role you must be an ambitious NAM or SNAM within a Top 4 Multiple account base, this is an extremely autonomous role and will only suit an individual with the drive and determination to devise a channel strategy and subsequently implement and grow it. As an individual you will be a self-motivated passionate sales person with previous demonstrable success in growing business. You will have ideally managed direct reports in your current role but this is not essential. This role will be well suited to an identified high potential performer looking for a career defining sales opportunity.
