A leading FMCG company are looking for a driven, entrepreneur with an innovative approach and creative flare. Working on a globally well known brand this position requires a senior brand activation manager who combines technical knowledge and experience, well developed interpersonal skills and creativity.

The position
The Brand Activation Senior Manager will be responsible for strategy deployment, executing approved strategy across category team. They will take ownership for development & execution of local marketing calendar, developing key account plans and the promotional calendar. The role holder will effectively and efficiently execute the media plan and marketing budget, maximising working spend year on year.

The role will require responsibility for the delivery customer engagement through compelling plans, local customer activation as appropriate. In terms of consumer engagement they will ensure all innovation, packaging and digital engagement are locally relevant.

Suitable candidates will have:

*Experience in Leading edge FMCG marketing gained in blue-chip consumer business
*Experience of grassroots marketing
*Highly developed knowledge of activating brand engagement, including, customer, shopper and consumer engagement
*Experienced in understanding strategic marketing and business issues to develop marketing strategies, and translating those into plans that can be effectively executed
*Proven success in developing 360 engagement programmes, communication and promotional materials across a mix of media
*Understanding of and experience in Digital marketing
*Financial literacy and acumen, and demonstration of working well with cross functional teams to drive brand agendas
*Outstanding stakeholder management, leadership and relationship building skills
