This is a super opportunity for you to progress your commercial career and gain valuable experience working for a major player within the UK food industry. This business thrives on delivering high quality food products to the UK grocery industry and has won many awards due to their continued investment in NPD.
You will provide administration support to the Commercial team and liaise internally with other business units to ensure efficient and accurate communication of information regarding commercial activity such as launches, de-lists, promotions and other commercial activities. The will also be responsible for compiling customer activity forms such as cost confirmation and promotion submissions in addition to updating and maintaining the price list and liaising with accounts to ensure prices are correct
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- Sales or Marketing experience within a UK FMCG organisation
- Must be able to calculate, interpret and apply mathematical concepts such as percentages, ratios, margins
- The ability reason and analyse to pro-actively solve problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and tenacity will be essential
- Must be comfortable with work working in the East Midlands on a daily basis
This role would suit an individual who is currently working in a field or territory sales role looking to work in more of a Head Office environment and work closer to national accounts such as Top4 grocery.
