Catman Jobs are currently recruiting a Category Controller for a branded ambient business commutable from London and the Home Counties.

Develop an inspired long term category strategy through the effective management and leadership of a talented team.

The Role

As part of their continued UK growth program, the business now seeks to appoint an individual of exceptional caliber able to manage a team from analyst to Senior Category Manager level. The category strategy is ever evolving so although it will not be 'blank canvass' you will be tasked with the continuous development and evolution of this to stay on top of ever changing macro shopper trends.

The Individual

You will be as adept managing strategic objective setting as you are directing a broad team of category manager's to create and deliver retail based solutions that will grow share and value.

To achieve this you will ideally posses strong category exposure within your career along with the communication skills that will enable you to lead both internally and externally.
