Ferrero UK is recognised for iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Nutella, Kinder, Tic Tac and now Thornton’s and is the fastest growing confectionery company in the UK.

Field Sales Solutions is now looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join them as part of the continued and dramatic growth of Ferrero. Managing the UK’s leading convenience stores, you’ll identify opportunities across distribution, availability, visibility and displays.

As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead, direct and manage a team of Retail Development Representatives
  • Make sure you meet KPIs for coverage, distribution, availability, visibility and POS placement
  • Maintain Retail Development Representatives’ performance through field training, coaching and mentoring
  • Review results and call data via Fusion on a daily, weekly and bi-weekly basis

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in sales management, ideally
  • Knowledge of independent, convenience and cash & carry sectors
  • A wealth of commercial experience and knowledge
  • The ability to analyse data and think strategically to translate it into actions
  • IT literacy
  • A positive, flexible attitude and a real drive for results
  • A full, clean driving licence and willingness to stay away from home
