Inventory Planner

A multinational FMCG business are seeking an Inventory Planner to work in a busy role at their Reading site.

The Role

Working with a set product group, you will help to regulate stock levels and maximise commercial opportunities for the category. You will achieve this through maintaining excellent communication channels with suppliers and key internal stakeholders.

Using sales data, you will anticipate seasonal activity and other causes for spikes in demand, ensuring that stock levels are maintained to provide a complete service offering for customers.

You will get the opportunity to have some interaction with customers, and may occasionally present at meetings, with the view to improving account relationships.

To Interview

You will have previous experience in an inventory, replenishment or stock management role in an FMCG environment. Candidates with experience of food and drink product categories will be preferred.
