Are you available to start a new contract within August which will last c6 months?

Are you passionate about retail and have an interest in the drinks industry?  

Do you have a background in developing new retail concepts?

  • This contract will allow you to become a part of the growth agenda following considerable investment, and the opportunity to set the seen as part of a new retail operation.

Based in Yorkshire, the company operate within the drinks industry, and have recently experienced a considerable amount of investment.  

You will find the company operate a fun, exciting and vibrant environment with a young, diverse and growing team.  

Continual improvement is high on the agenda, and are hugely passionate about what they do and have a real affinity with their product.

As Interim Head of Retail you will be responsible for developing a craft beer experience as part of a retail environment in a newly created role, responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with the marketing team and branding agency to fully understand the rationale for the new brand ethos and mission
  • Generate ideas that bring brand mission to life in a retail environment.  Select and lead the concept.
  • Identify marketing strategy to target key consumers in a retail setting
  • Select the location for the concept store based on the above
  • Translate lead concept into retail reality!

Successful candidates:

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years retail experience and proven in developing new retail concepts, bringing a brand into a retail environment.
  • You will be able to demonstrate retail store development with success
  • You will have significant retail experience, able to advise on developing a brand into a retail environment
  • You will be passionate about retail
