Who we are looking for

You're curious by nature with an appetite for growth and a thirst for results. A super savvy self starter who likes to get in, amongst and alongside their team and their various stakeholders to translate vision, drive growth and exceed expectations. You've been cultivating your career for a while now; having gained relevant and valuable experience (particularly in working with third parties and external partners) and you're currently in a role with a similar flavour and are looking for an opportunity to really grow and develop.

A bit about the role

You'll be the go to person, a conduit between Costa and our Partnerships. You'll own, nurture and eagerly develop the relationships with all your key stakeholders within each partnership business that you're aligned to. A champion of the brand, you'll be enabling and empowering your partners to meet our customers' thorough needs as you dynamically drive the growth agenda, whilst regularly, monitoring, measuring, reviewing and celebrating success. You'll join a tremendous and hard working team who share your focused passion for great coffee experiences, results and having fun. Experience of working within a multi-partner sector business, where complex and varied working practices and structures exist will enable you to succeed in this role. As will your drive and passion to deliver new business growth through existing and new partners.
