The Role: Based from their Northern Home Counties offices, the successful Sales Manager will be leading a team of 2 NAMs and 5 Account Managers in a highly proactive manner. You will be responsible for coaching, training and recruiting within your team, conducting joint visits to customers and following through on all aspects of the sales process. Working for a fantastic brand, the position offers first class training and support.
The Company: This international business leads the way in this sector and offers employees an excellent place to work. They have developed a £20 million sales turnover in less than two decades and have a very strong brand name. They are now seeking a new Sales Manager to join their management team.
The Person: This market leading manufacturer is looking for a creative and quirky individual to work for their aspirational brand. You must have strong man management skills and ideally come from an FMCG background. National Account experience is also desirable.
For this Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Previously managed a sales team
- You will have a stable track record in FMCG
- Personable, creative and well trained sales person
The Package for this Sales Manager role:
- £50-60k Base Salary
- + 20% Bonus
