This is a successful and innovative multi £million business with a small company feel and big company thinking. They are a leading player in their sector with strong relationships with their retail customers and a profitable and growing business. This is a food category that continues to develop and evolve to keep pace with ever changing consumer tastes and demands.

They now need a successful and experienced National Account Manager to manage the relationships with a portfolio of their largest and most important retail customers. This interim role offers full P&L responsibility and the autonomy and exposure to make decisions. The company has a strong reputation, has recently invested further in insight and R&D and is poised for further growth.

You are an experienced National Account Manager with the ability to build strong relationships across a variety of functions including buying, food technology, supply chain and marketing. Your impact and interpersonal skills gain credibility and your drive and energy enable you to achieve results. Ideally you will have some chilled or frozen sector experience but in this team orientated environment and you must enjoy working with others and contributing to the overall success of this business.
