It’s an amazing time to join my British beauty brand client as they reinvent, rebrand and revolutionise their business.  As you can imagine a huge part of their evolution will be VISUAL!!

We need to appoint a talented and experienced Visual Merchandising expert who will drive the VM direction across Europe, Middle East Asia and India. 

A truly 360 degree VM approach is required, working on product launches, promotions and all variety of Events, you will work closely with all sales channels and external designers, shop fitters and suppliers.  The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, without compromising on the brand DNA, achieving the highest standards within their beautifully crafted Boutique concepts.  An experiential customer journey is essential! 

You’re likely to bring at least 3 years’ experience in a similar VM role with a background in Beauty or perhaps Fashion.  A strong pedigree of developing concepts ‘cradle to grave and the ability to bring that powerful mix of commerciality and creativity that elevates you from good to exceptional!  Along with good knowledge of current VM trends and methods you’ll need to be strong in computer-aided design (Adobe design suite/Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator and Office) as well as being a great communicator, able to influence key stakeholders.

Formal qualification in this specialist area is desirable but not essential.  Experience and talent however is!
