I am recruiting on behalf one of the world’s most prestigious companies representing a premium brand that is synonymous globally with quality and luxury.

This vacancy is for a passionate and driven sales professional who is able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the competitive environment in which the HoReCa channel operates.

Driven by innovation and quality, my client has ambitious plans to expand its business within the hotel and restaurant sector and is now looking for commercially focused candidates with HoReCa experience and strong market awareness to maximise sales and drive their brand forward.

Responsibility’s will include;

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • A focus on fine dining, premium and luxury accounts
  • Acquisition of new HORECA customers in the appropriate target groups throughout London
  • Ensure high brand visibility within the Horeca Channel via customer acquisition.
  • Working on customer relationship and extension to further venues within the same customer
  • Building a pipeline of sales opportunities, through networking, events and sector specific fairs

Who is the right person for this role?

  • Background in sales, with a good knowledge of the London market
  • Understanding of the premium customers such as michelin star restaurants, trendy cafes, wine bars, five-star holiday resorts and exclusive hotels.
  • Proven ability to build and manage lasting customer relationships.
