Sales Executive – New Business Development

- Basic:  £25,000  

- OTE:    +£50,000

- Benefits: Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Bonus scheme, Pension.

- Home-Based with weekly visits required to Head-Office

- BMW 3 Series Company car provided

- Location ideally south of Oxford

- The Cotswold & Stateside Coffee Company is a highly respected national B2B Total solution provider for premium coffee products and equipment.

- Operating across the Office Coffee Solution market, HORECA and Food Service sectors.

- Distributors of Keurig, Nestle Professional, WMF and Lavazza as well as its own range of artisan Coffee blends.

- Head Office is located in Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire.

- Tele-sales Department operated from Head Office.

 

The Role:

-Field based role concentrating on new business development within the Office Coffee Solutions HORECA and Foodservice markets

-Candidates will be expected to contact businesses from leads provided centrally in order to generate growth as well as self-generate their own leads.

-Full product training and induction provided on all Coffee and associated ancillary solutions.

-Reporting directly to the Sales Director.

- Capability to use and update a CRM System to manage contacts and prospects.

 

The Candidate:

-The successful candidate will ideally have had experience in the Coffee Industry and / or Foodservice market for a minimum of 5 years.

- You would also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in terms of delivering sustainable new business growth across your career to date.

-You are organised, highly driven and self-motivated as well as results focused.

-You will be seeking a long term future with a dynamic and rapidly growing company with opportunities for advancement.

-You will be hard working and target driven with the ability to work under your own initiative to achieve your personal targets.
