Job Details
A wonderful opportunity has arisen at a large food & drink FMCG business on a home based contract. The National Account Manager role will be fully P&L responsible for Spar & Booker, high profile accounts due to turnover and customer complexity.
Key responsibilities:
Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP's) with the customers, implementing & monitoring progress.
Manage & develop 1 direct report
Develop & maintain mutually successful customer relationships
Facilitate new business opportunities
Analyse & interpret key sales data and other metrics
Fully manage the Profit & Loss of each account
Ideally candidates will come from the same or a similar customer base - so convenience, OOH, cash & carry or a wholesale background. Previous P&L experience is required - candidates need to be self starters, highly driven and used to working in a matrix set up - internally & externally.
