Are you a strong Commercial Manager who wants to make a real difference?
 

We are looking for exceptional people managers to join Bupa and lead our large stand-alone sites.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of a multifaceted care home providing the support and leadership required in order to deliver outstanding customer service and care to our residents through delivering to a sound commercial platform.

You will share our passion for putting our customers first by successfully identifying, meeting and exceeding their needs, delivering through a large, multi-disciplinary team.

You will display exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to operate in both a caring and commercial environment.
 
Creating and developing strong internal and external relationships, you will play an essential role in strengthening the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner by engaging with key audiences including Local Authorities, governing bodies and communities.

Your team will look to you in how to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector, as you’ll have a strong commercial acumen and an innovative, problem solving mind.

Who we’re looking for 

  • Confident leaders with an influential style and a proven commercial record of leading outstanding customer service within a constantly changing environment, possessing a real desire to identify barriers and drive continual improvement
  • Leaders with a real curiosity to find out more about a very different sector, who can challenge assumptions and create a platform for embedding different ways of working with specialised teams
  • A natural people person with exceptional engagement skills who enjoys building lasting professional relationships and demonstrating the value of collaboration
  • An ability to quickly establish credibility, build rapport and trust amongst key stakeholders, and the ability to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Evidence of successfully managing and delivering business KPIs and people engagement metrics as well as implementing processes to drive growth and commercial outcomes within a complex business
  • A demonstrable record of effective decision making, interdependent thinking and leadership and commercial delivery.
