Retail Operations Executive - £25-£30k plus car
We are looking for a Retail Operations Executive to join our strong Retail Sales Team at Camelot.
The Retail Operations Executive is responsible to support the development and delivery of commercial initiatives across the organisation which will continually improve the retail strategy.
The role is responsible for supporting the shaping of the retail strategy within the business and then supporting in the delivery of a consistent message through our three retail channels National Accounts, Field Sales Team and Telephone Sales Team

How you'll make a difference
You will be part of an exciting team who are responsible to ensure the plans will WORK, You will be involved in all the plans from the very beginning and play a part in shaping those plans for our retail team.
Increasing the sales revenue, retailer engagement and profit targets across the retail sector.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Must have great knowledge of the retail sector including a strong understanding of current market challenges both short and long term.
- Ability of building strong relationships both internally and externally
- Strong Influencing and negotiation skills, encouraging significant change with useful tools.
- Great Microsoft Office skills
