With scope to double their turnover in the next few years they require a proactive sales person to achieve this.

Description

Opportunity to join an international branded sports and lifestyle manufacturer selling into the retail market as Business Development Manager. Supporting the wider business, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of independent and key accounts retailers across the UK.

You will achieve in this role through a combination of account growth and business development to build long lasting business relationships. You will provide a consultative approach and a full commercial package to your accounts to retain loyalty in a highly competitive market.

Profile

Key Skills - Business Development Manager:
  • Recent sales and or account management experience, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Passion for retail and developing a career in National Accounts.
  • High energy individual with a passion for people and building strong customer relationships.
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent PC skills - Office including Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Valid UK driving license located ideally in North West England or the North East/Yorkshire.
