We are currently recruiting for 4 Inbound Telesales Operators
These are part time roles and will require successful candidates to work 4 shifts per week
Role Purpose
Essential:
Employing over 10,000 people, the group supplies a diverse customer base, which includes, independent pubs, restaurants and hotels, schools, hospitals, contract caterers and well known national chains. Role Purpose
- Inbound order placement from our current customer portfolio
- To support profitable sales growth by offering periodic sales promotions.
- To meet and exceed quality targets e.g. call reviews, capture of accurate information on system etc.
- To deliver excellent customer service, drawing on all available resources.
- To assist in the achievement of departmental targets.
- Develop a good knowledge of customer needs, competitor activity and company products and resources.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers at all times.
- Gain required knowledge needed to fulfill role.
- Carry out tasks as required ensuring the smooth operational running of the telesales team.
Essential:
- Computer Literate.
- Minimum of 1 years sales experience
- Minimum of 1 year contact centre experience
- Exhibits attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic distribution centre activities.
- Some experience in foodservice.
