The Role: This Field Sales Manager role will see the successful individual develop a team of 6 sales people who cover entire North of England region. Selling directly to the agricultural, retail, aviation, public sector, marine and manufacturing sectors, your team will require training, development, support and structure. You will be tasked with motivating and driving the sales team to exceeding sales targets and you will be given full autonomy in order to achieve these goals.
The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a background in business to business field sales management. You will have demonstrable experience in recruitment, training and development, sales coaching and team building.
