Denholm’s client, a high profile drinks company with a portfolio including some of the world's most recognisable premium and prestige brands, has successfully built a market-leading industry reputation through it's use of state-of-the-art innovation and outstanding account management. 

We are currently working exclusively in partnership with them to recruit a home-based Commercial Capabilities Manager to join their commercial team. The Commercial Capabilities Manager  will be instrumental in strategically identifying and addressing the sales gaps in the organisation.

Reporting to the Sales Director, The Commercial Capabilities Manager has executive level responsibility for developing best practice sales tools, competencies, policies and procedures. This is both a strategic and operational role that will require a majority of time to be spent in the field. 

To be considered, you will be a high-performing Senior National Account Manager (or similar) with a proven track record of success in the On and Off Trade channels. You will have worked within a highly disciplined FMCG sales environment - probably from a blue chip or corporate organisation - and ideally, trained, managed and lead a team of field sales executives.
