The Locations:
Due to expansion we have 3 vacancies in the following locations:
  • Location 1: Uxbridge, Stevenage, Enfield, St Albans, Luton, Milton Keynes, Watford, Hatfield, Slough, Twickenham
  • Location 2: Redhill, Canterbury, Tonbridge, Brighton,  Rochester, Guildford, Kingston Upon Thames, Ashford, Maidstone, Kent 
  • Location 3: EC London Postcodes: City of London, Islington, Camden, Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Westminster 

The Role:
We are now looking recruit an additional Business Development Manager to join our successful sales Team.
  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your remit will involve selling Vending machines on leasing contracts into medium sized companies across your geographically designated territory
  • This role is split into 80% New Business and 20% Key Account Management, working from home and in the field  
  • You will be responsible for achieving set revenue and margin targets which will be gently introduced after your probationary period
  • You will be networking through current strategic partnerships agreements, targeted cold calling and using you territory knowledge to win new business although you will also benefit from the internal support of our telesales team
  • This role will require the ideal candidate to have excellent negotiation and closing skills, converting business with an average value order of around 50 – 100 machine accounts
  • We invest substantially in the training and development of our employees therefore you can expect to receive regular one-on-one training in addition to an in depth induction period exposing you to all aspects of our business operation
The Applicant:
  • The successful candidate will ideally have a commercial background from within the vending industry however will consider Field Sales professionals from a commercial background of selling a lease agreement or contracted sale into SME’s with a high activity rate and a proven track record in sales.
  • Applicants must be energetic, driven and looking to progress within the organisation
  • Money hungry, motivated candidates with the determination to be successful
  • Must be able to work autonomously and manage your own journey plan.
  • Must be able to successfully demonstrate previous ability to achieve a territory revenue target.
  • Candidates from a commercial background as a Business Development Manager, Field Sales Executive, Territory sales Manager  Regional Sales Manager, Key Accounts or Field Sales Manager selling products such as Capital Equipment, Security services, Washroom services etc would be ideal
