The Business

Based in Liverpool, the business has strongly established itself as one of the UK’s most recognisable food brands at the moment. Priding themselves on their progressive and open culture based around their speciality products, they have increased brand presence in the marketplace through matching the key innovation and health trends. This has resulted in their position as the only brand in the category to continue to grow sales.

The Role

The business are now looking to appoint a fully commercial Brand Manager to develop and implement the marketing and brand strategy for a core brand portfolio, accountable for driving market share and increasing the sales and margin contribution. Included in this will be full responsibility for P&L delivery across the brand category and implementing a new 5-year brand strategy for these core products to secure continued profit for the brand. This will be a truly immersive role with significant responsibility.

The Individual

In this instance, the chosen candidate must present a minimum of 5 years experience of FMCG training in a brand capacity, suitable for someone looking for the next step up in their career or a challenge that will truly engage you. Key to this is a full commercial understanding, as you will need to demonstrate previous management of a P&L and your ability to interpret and anticipate trends and opportunities within the market.
