Job Details
The Role:
Great opportunity for a new business hunter to join a very fast growing health food manufacturer based in London. The role of Area Sales Manager will be new business focussed, with the aim of developing the brand throughout London and the home counties. The successful candidate must be very enthusiastic, driven and motivated attitude, and have a proven record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hunter sales role sourcing new retail opportunities for the business
• Manage day-to-day channel development responsibilities
• Achieving financial targets for sales revenue
• Negotiating commercial terms
• Establishing strong relationships with customers and being their primary point of contact.
Candidate Requirements:
• Must have a very personable, driven, enthusiastic and hardworking attitude toward sales.
• New business development sales experience with independent retailers would be advantageous
• Ideally will have a passion for the health food market and nutrition
• Candidate be located in London or the home counties
• Strong communication skills and great relationship builder
• Organized and the ability to prioritize, manage deadlines and make decisions
• Confident, driven and personable
• Ability to travel as and when required as the role is field based
• Any experience with FMCG or health food sales would be an advantage
The Package:
• £20,000 - £28,000 annual salary + car allowance + bonus TBC
