Responsible for planning and executing distributor marketing activities across EMEA and APAC. Key liaison between EMEA head office, APAC HQ and EMEA Distribution Team.

• Expand, translate & modify marketing programs to adapt to the needs of local markets in the region as needed; Share best practice brand-marketing learnings with the greater organisation.
• Assists in creating integrated program market activation, identifying most effective elements depending on scope of brand/promotion; Ensures all region distributors receive complete Marketing Toolbox access.
• Supports the smooth information flow for effective Marketing Plans within the region which includes; Execution of Region catalogues and marketing vehicle development – meeting the need of local APAC HQ organization and related distributor organization; Communicate the latest strategy and marketing plan with promotional activities to support key selling periods.
• Ensures timely planograms, visuals, POS strategy and creative for key launches with recommendations on item and stock weight ratios, as well as merchandising recommendations; communicate and structure APAC needs, POV, feedback & strategies to Global, EMEA and US teams. Acts as point of contact, requiring timely and consistent communication to teams as point of contact. Responsible for and staying current, on all brand communications out to the regions from EMEA Brand Team.
• Responsible for Distributor initiated marketing requests, aid in development and execution; ad hoc marketing and creative requests.
• Able to build strong relationships with APAC HQ and the EMEA Distribution Sales and Product teams.

• Works closely with international distributors to implement market strategies to grow distributors. In this role, Executive will be the primary connection to distributors for events, online presence within EMEA and APAC Markets.
• International travel is required.



• Marketing degree and or CIM equivalent (Or studying towards)
• Minimum 2 years marketing dept. experience
• Distributor/B2B/ Trade marketing experience preferred
• Experience working with/in Asia markets preferred
• Computer literate - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised
• Accurate
• Ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure
• Professional at all times
