The Role

This exciting role will report directly to the Head of Category & Shopper Marketing. This reflects the importance of the role to the business & its Customers- Fundamentals will be:

  • Customer Facing Responsibility- The role will see you work closely with Customer Buying Teams and related functions. Within this remit you must have the ability to influence, advise and drive a proactive solution focused approach. 
  • Turning data into insight to make recommendations to help shape Taylors and retailer strategies and action plans.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for data requests and insights on matters relating to the development of the hot drinks category.
  • Using Category Insight feed into recommendations on current and future range and mix.
  • Support the business with relevant category data & insight led recommendations.
  • Creating monthly, weekly and adhoc reports for informing management reports and retailer category performance (Kantar/ IRI/ Him data).
  • Potential to assist with trade media advertising for the convenience channel.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking the Highest Calibre of candidates with relevant experience.  Within this remit we are open to candidates from the following fields:

  • Category Management & Customer Marketing
  • Commercial/National Accounts (this could be at Key Account Management, NAE or even Regional Account Management level)
  • Retail Side Candidates (Buying, Marketing, Category etc)
  • Shopper Marketing

With all the above you Must Actively Enjoy Being with Customers as much as analysing the data/Insight.

As a person you will have demonstrably high levels of empathy, resilience and tenacity, as well as a naturally collaborative, optimistic, ‘WE can do it’ attitude.
