This company is built firmly upon the respected relationships they have built up over the years within their customer base. Highly thought of within the industry, this group have enjoyed major commercial expansion on the back of its successful wins within major multiples on both branded and own label products.

To further this record of commercial success this business is seeking to appoint a Revenue Manager.

The Role

This is an all-encompassing analytical role with an aim to optimise product availability whilst maximising revenue growth.

With that in mind, the position of Revenue Growth Manager will give a unique opportunity to understand and influence the on-going commercial strategy of a major FMCG business. Working cross-functionally with all business units to create a clear pathway to progress the commercial ambitions of the business.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience of the FMCG industry and, depending on title, will have had experience in commercial planning, MS&P, commercial strategy and/or revenue growth management. Front facing experience of national accounts is also highly desirable.

Personally the ideal Revenue Growth Manager would be highly analytical with the ability to engage and influence people regardless of background. The ability to work under pressure whilst delivering clear and consistent results is a key requirement.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to become the most senior member of the revenue growth team within an organisation that is part of a multi-billion pound group.

Given the close working relationship the Revenue Growth Manager will have within the business there is the scope for progression not only along the Revenue Growth pathway but many others given the correct aptitude is shown.
