We are on the look-out for a talented Brand Manager to join the PepsiCo team.

Walkers, Lay's..... I know you've eaten them but have you ever considered working on them? This great opportunity gives the right candidate the opportunity to lead and deliver key projects that drive recruitment and snacking habits of new cohorts in the crisps, snacks and nuts category across Europe, ensuring we compete effectively and continue to grow market share.



Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop our growth strategy and product pipeline (Walkers and Lay's)
  • Deliver key projects across Western Europe (Walkers and Lay's)
  • Manage both input and alignment of key projects through new Category forums and processes
  • Partner with the business to ensure commitment to and smooth handover of key innovation projects across each market




What you'll need:
  • A passion for innovation and ideally experience of developing and qualifying Innovation - either 'Reframe' or 'Breakthrough' Innovation role.
  • Good functional FMCG marketing experience with experience of developing and embedding brand positioning, creation of successful advertising and 360 campaigns, and driving brand growth annually.
  • Good collaboration and influencing skills that can navigate a European project across functions and across a geographical matrix.
  • Strong project management skills, evidenced through key cross-functional brand projects.
  • Ability to get going quickly - entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for results.
  • Significant stretch potential and the capability to operate at a more senior level in the future.
