Account Manager x 2

Following some internal moves, the business is now seeking two Account Managers to join an already talented commercial team, working in partnership with one of the top 4 UK retailers. 
 
With direct ownership of your own projects and client contacts, you will deliver against the expectations of the retailer, designing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve successful shopper campaigns.

In a broad an autonomous role, you will be responsible for a dedicated amount of revenue, preparing presentation and campaign materials, and building long term relationships with key retailer stakeholders.

Whilst the roles are highly accountable, you will be part of an energetic and talented team, working in collaboration to achieve the common goals of the business.
 
Candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent and possess some commercial experience within a consumer or retail related environment.

This would be a strong move for someone with experience across sales, category or trade / shopper marketing, as well as those with a direct marketing background.

Candidates must possess a proactive ‘can do’ mentality, a commercial mind-set and fantastic relationship building skills, with the ability to deliver initiatives and meet expectations.

For high performers, there are strong progression opportunities both in the UK and Internationally.
 
Geographically, you will be required to spend two days a week in their vibrant Reading office and two days in Central London, with flexibility to work from home one day a week.
