At Molson Coors we are searching for a brave, ambitious, forward thinker and energetic addition to join the Coors Light team as Assistant Brand Manager... We’ve made BIG things happen with this brand and we have even BIGGER plans for 2016!

This is where you come in……you’ll be right at the heart of helping to deliver the brand and communication activity that will continue to drive our success through ingenious marketing campaigns across all disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the activity in the brand plan for 2016 using a high standard of project management to feed into the businesses processes as demanded.
  • Work with the wider agency team to develop and implement the digital strategy and communication plan with constant evolution of technology and platforms, to appeal to our tech savy target audience
  • Work with our customer marketing, category & insights team to ensure high standards of category led selling stories, supporting tools and development of customer specific brand activity
  • Understand and deliver comprehensive insights into the performance of the Brand (Market, Consumer, Shopper and Customer) using the standard reports and specific requests as the foundation for the brand planning process.
  • Manage the brand budgets effectively and accurately, always able to produce a clear summary of the current situation including opportunities and risks.
  • To be a strong project lead, taking projects from ideation through to implementation, working with all areas of the business and multiple stakeholders

Qualifications/Experience

We are looking for someone with brand experience, a creative mind-set and an early adopter of digital, to help deliver our 2016 plans. You will also need:

 

  • A track record of developing, delivering and evaluating brand activity ensuring that it’s on plan and on budget.
  • The ability to analyse insights and performance data to create a coherent and commercially accurate summary of brand performance.
  • A track record of working effectively with partner agencies, small teams and wider business functions, to build effective working relationships
  • Experience of being responsible for a brand marketing budget
  • Degree in Business or Marketing related subject
