The Role
As the successful National Account Manager you will be responsible for the OOH channel, including Regional and National wholesalers, 3663, Brakes, Boots and 3rd Party Caterers. You will expected to motivate other members of the team through effective direction to ensure the maintenance of working environment conducive to producing the highest quality of work, this also includes 2 direct reports which will need coaching and development. You will also be expected to pro-actively track and drive performance including winning new business within this channel with the support of your team.

The successful National Account Manager will:
• Currently hold the position of, National Account Manager, National Account Manager, Business Manager, Regional Account Manager or equivalent. 
• Have experience working in a sales role and MUST have some experience within Foodservice
• Be a relationship builder who can work with the various accounts with a diverse base.
• Ideally managed a team or direct report.
• Have a entrepreneurial spirit
• Ideally be degree educated or equivalent

You would need access to Market Drayton office circa 2 days a week.
